I have been training professionally for the last 4 years but have been involved with fitness most of my life. Growing up I played baseball, basketball, football and when I wasn’t playing sports, I was on my bike. I continue to be just as active as an adult. I became passionate about exercise and strength training in my teens and saw how it translated on the field playing sports, improved my posture, increased my energy levels and built my confidence. Nutrition became important to me as I got older, living on my own. I started to realize how different foods made me feel and how my energy and strength were directly related to what I was eating.
I continue to learn more every day in this ever changing field. I work with a wide variety of people from young teens to 65+. People that want to lose weight, gain muscle, or regain mobility in their joints. I train basic movement patterns to all my clients adding enough variety to each program. I am a Certified Fitness Trainer through the International Sports and Science Association, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, and have a certification as a Senior Fitness Specialist. My goal is to use my knowledge, as well as my continuing education to have some impact in the lives of people I work with.

I have always been an active person however in 2010 I hired a personal trainer to help me train for my first sprint triathlon. I quickly became fascinated with all that I was learning. Shortly after I completed that triathlon I decided to pursue a career in personal training. In May of 2013, I left my eleven year corporate career and became a personal trainer. I get to do what I love EVERYDAY & have plenty of time to be a mother and stay active in numerous activities.
I hold two certifications through the American Fitness Professional Association. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I have interned with top personal trainers and currently work alongside some of the best in the industry. I try to learn something new everyday regarding fitness and health.
I love helping people! I have worked with a variety of clients from kids to seniors helping them achieve their goals of weight loss, strength and better functional movement.
I have a ton of athletic interests: lifting, hiking, mountain biking, indoor rock climbing, snowboarding, wakeboarding & orienteering. I have completed sprint triathlons, 5k’s, half marathons, Reach the Beach and Tough Mudder.

I have been in the fitness industry for 15+years. During that time, I have had the privilege of working in many different aspects of the fitness and health field; from athletic performance, weight-loss, to post re-habilitation work. I have had the opportunity to learn from some very talented and knowledgeable and skilled experts both from an educational to hands-on basis. This has provided me with the training, skills and experience to work with a wide variety of clients. What really drives me is the desire to coach someone who needs assistance in breaking through the perceived obstacles that are holding them back from achieving a higher level of fitness and health. I love seeing a client reach his or her goals, whether it is weight-loss, better function or improved performance in their chosen athletic field.
I have worked with athletic trainers, Orthopedic Specialist, Physical Therapists, and other Strength and Conditioning Specialists. Paired with my certifications and continued education, gives me the tools to educate empower and coach those that are seeking physical improvement.

Her friendly and knowledgeable approach to leading a healthy and balanced life with motivate you to continue with your healthy lifestyle.

Jesse Payne, former owner of Anywhere Fitness Private Personal Training, and soon to be published fitness author, is certified by National Academy of Sports Medicine as a PES, Performance Enhancement Specialist, as well as a CPT.
Jesse has coached and played with the Olympic Development Soccer Program and trained athletes in the sport which has followed him everywhere he’s gone since. Also a first time bodybuilding champion at age 21, much of Jesse’s knowledge comes from personal experience, the actual “doing” of it, not only the reading of countless magazines, not only the research of textbooks and scholarly journals, but from the discovery through experimentation through feeling the movements and experiencing the results.
Jesse is a certified Level 2 EFT Practitioner, which relates to performance through the correlations of tough patterns one carries along with them, the limiting beliefs they live by and the relation as to how they help or hinder much of what is possible. Having taken a Navy Seal Psychology of Fear course, Jesse learned firsthand the physiological response fear has on the body. He’s worked with all walks of life from people with chronic injuries to seasoned gymnasts needing a certain type of training and understanding of the body. If interested give Jesse a go, as he’s ready to teach.

Teresa exemplifies the transformative power of personal training. She came to Elite as a client in March 2015 with over 100 pounds to lose and many of the consequences that come with obesity and poor nutrition: aches and pains, lethargy, and a lack of energy that impacted not only her physical health but her psychological health as well.
With a customized training program and nutritional coaching with Chris Lanctot Teresa exceeded her weight loss goal within a year, but more importantly she truly transformed her dedication to a healthier lifestyle.
Teresa recently became certified as a Fitness Trainer with the ISSA and is eager to share her enthusiasm with anyone with fitness and/or weight loss goals. “Chris makes working out fun! His passion for health and fitness is contagious! After spending many years in Sales and too many hours in a car, now I can share my excitement about movement and better health!”
Teresa and her husband, Mike, have raised three sons in Bedford and they now have a beautiful grandson.

I have been involved in the athletic world almost my entire
life. Growing up playing ice hockey and lacrosse guided me
towards living an athletic lifestyle and wanting to share that
with others. As a former D1 lacrosse player, intense workouts
and goal chasing are something that I want to help anyone at
any age complete. I continue to coach lacrosse for a youth
and high school club in NH. Studying exercise and health
science has given me a great understanding of how the body
moves and functions which helps me form each of the
workouts. I focus my training to work on H.I.T. , which keeps
and upbeat pace throughout the workouts. I received my
certification from the International Sports Science Association
and continue to learn more about the fitness and exercise
field every day.
I still continue to train and do outdoor activities such as
hiking, mountain biking and water sports. I love working as a
trainer and helping clients reach their individual goals.
